Sleeping Loft Use & Safety Notice

At Adobe del Cielo, our sleeping loft offers a cozy, elevated retreat beneath the New Mexico sky. Please note that the loft is accessed by ladder and sits above the main living space.

By choosing to use the loft, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The loft is elevated and requires climbing a fixed ladder.

• Use of the ladder and loft involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, and injury.

• The loft is not suitable for young children, unsupervised minors, guests with mobility limitations, or anyone with balance concerns.

• Children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times when near or using the loft.

• Guests agree to maintain three points of contact while climbing and to avoid carrying items while ascending or descending.

• Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their party while using the loft area.

By accessing or using the sleeping loft, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use and agree to release and hold harmless the owners of Adobe del Cielo from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from its use.
